  • Strong technical judgment, software development, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently drive projects from idea to implementation
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Experience developing AI-powered products or capabilities in production environments
  • Experience with machine learning, data science, experimentation, or other analytical techniques
  • Experience contributing to open-source projects, technical communities, hackathons, research initiatives, or personal AI projects
