About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform analyses to understand user interactions with products and identify product improvements
Communicate findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders
Identify anomalies and investigate their root causes
Design and build experiments for challenging data and business problems
Collaborate with product owners to derive insights into business performance
Identify trends and opportunities from data and influence product roadmaps
Develop dashboards to track relevant metrics
Recommend ways to measure success
Work with engineers to improve data collection processes
Enable data-driven decision making across the organization
Apply, develop or refine AI algorithms to deliver business value
Design, develop, validate, deploy and monitor experiments and their outcomes
Partner with Product, Data Engineering and Machine Learning teams to develop AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong mathematical, statistical or actuarial background
Hands-on experience in machine learning, predictive analytics and statistical modeling
Proficiency with programming languages such as Python and SQL
Proficiency with A/B testing and experimentation framework is preferred
Problem-solving using textbook methods and novel viewpoints
Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, software architecture and machine learning algorithms is an advantage
Demonstrable experience with data visualization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work from one of the company's offices at least three days per week
Ability to work in the country where the job is located, with visa sponsorship requirements disclosed
