About the role

- Proven track record of delivering AI solutions that create measurable business impact
- Experience leading complex technical initiatives and influencing decisions across teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of experimentation, modeling, software engineering principles, and production AI systems
- Demonstrated ability to make sound technical trade-offs and guide teams through complex decisions under ambiguity
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution
