  • Lead discovery and solution design for strategic opportunities
  • Architect and demo technically or commercially complex solutions
  • Mentor Solutions Engineers and raise technical and consultative standards
  • Create and deploy internal and external best-practice documentation
  • Drive partner feedback into the Product roadmap
  • Align partners, Sales, Partner Solutions, and Product on solution direction
  • Represent the SE function with senior stakeholders and at industry conferences
  • Identify expansion and de-risking opportunities across the portfolio
  • Accelerate adoption of Digital Marketplace Infrastructure for regional and community banks and credit unions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical account management role
  • Preferably experience with financial institutions, enterprise tech, or consulting firms
  • Track record of owning complex, ambiguous engagements
  • Ability to set architectural framing and solution narratives for net-new verticals or frontier use cases
  • Experience mentoring or raising the bar for technical/pre-sales professionals
  • Ability to travel regularly for in-person partner visits
  • Proficiency translating technical concepts for technical and executive audiences
  • Track record of building repeatable scoping frameworks, playbooks, or engagement models
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong judgment on when to involve technical resources
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable operating with less structure and ambiguity
  • Ability to work from one of the company's offices at least three days per week
  • Ability to work in the country where the job is located, or address visa sponsorship requirements
