About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and grow a sales network of partner medical centers, clinics, gynecologists, oncologists, and medical laboratories in Austria
- Promote and sell GenePlanet’s medical genetic testing products, including NIPT and Cancer Screen
- Implement product promotional activities
- Conduct training and educational activities for external partners, especially in gynecology, obstetrics, and oncology
- Execute annual plans against defined targets and activities
- Cooperate actively with the sales and marketing team at headquarters
- Monitor the competitive landscape and seek new business opportunities in the Austrian market
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for fieldwork and driving; 3–4 days per week in the field and approximately 70,000 km per year on the road
- Fluent and proficient in German
- Exceptional selling, networking, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to establish strong business relationships with local partners
- Enthusiasm for sales and drive to close deals
- Independence in engaging with key market stakeholders
- Task- and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Active knowledge and use of MS Office tools
- Valid driving license
- Application submitted in German
- Sales background and experience in gynecology and obstetrics are not required
