About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide multidisciplinary security support to the customer's facility and organization
  • Support Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities
  • Review classifications of inbound and outbound correspondence
  • Maintain document accountability databases and correspondence
  • Process classified mail, receipt records, magnetic media, and data transfer files
  • Perform destruction and reproduction of classified materials
  • Maintain daily logs and customer point-of-contact databases
  • Research, process, file, and maintain visit notices
  • Escort facility visitors and maintain visitor logs
  • Prepare facility access control badges
  • Conduct entry and exit inspections
  • Maintain facility access control and visitor control systems
  • Perform data entry in the Personnel Access Security System database
  • Maintain customer-sponsored billets and quota information
  • Maintain personnel security files
  • Follow and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures
  • Support security awareness and education programs
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative support as directed by the contractor site lead or Senior Security Representative

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Current TS/SCI clearance
  • Willingness and ability to obtain CI polygraph
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • SAP experience desired
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts toward one year of experience
  • Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts toward one year of experience
  • Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is three years
  • Bachelor's degree desired; counts as four years of experience
  • Associate's degree in a related area counts as two years of experience
  • Skills in company policies, facility security, personnel security, and security policies
  • Ability to work onsite in Chantilly, Virginia, with additional work location in Arlington, Virginia
