Key responsibilities & impact

Provide requirements analysis and support for new systems and processes developed in Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, and other technologies
Perform data entry and records updates
Contribute to project success by influencing individuals on and outside the team
Collect information through staff dialogue, database reviews, and report interpretation
Produce daily, weekly, or monthly reporting as needed
Determine business metrics for organizational or client informational needs
Provide data analytics and key insights
Collect detailed project requirements and anticipate technical needs
Collaborate with developers to create future-state automated workflows
Manage development flow from idea to release
Compose user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and retrospectives
Define Key Performance Indicators to measure performance
Troubleshoot and investigate business-user issues and communicate status
Create end-user documentation, including user and quick-reference guides
Describe and execute test cases
Manage requirements in Jira using a backlog
Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
1+ years of related experience with business and/or data analysis
Experience translating business requirements for new systems and processes developed in Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, and/or other technologies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Initiative to develop, run, and present project reports
Exposure to Agile and project management principles
Exposure to Jira
Exposure to dashboard development and reporting via Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau
Exposure to Microsoft SharePoint
Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience using Jira or similar tools to manage user stories and projects
Proactive problem solving
Ability to initiate communication with senior leaders
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and assignments
Ability to adapt to changing client needs
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
US citizenship required
