About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop tailored ILT and CBT training materials for NET
- Coordinate analysis of OEM training content with subject matter experts
- Create learning objectives for training content
- Develop structured design documents for lessons, classes, and modules
- Customize and tailor learning content for instructor-led training and computer-based training

Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA Degree
- 5 to 10 years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to develop ILT and CBT training materials
- Experience with courseware, instructional materials, job aids, and training content
- Ability to travel 10% (scheduled travel requirement listed as 10–25%)
