About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Skyhigh CASB platform, including configuration, policy management, API integrations, and operational support
Manage, tune, and optimize DLP, anomaly detection, user activity monitoring, tenant restrictions, and cloud application control policies
Maintain and enhance integrations with identity providers, SIEM/SOAR platforms, email security, and endpoint security tools
Create, maintain, and update diagrams, user guides, SOPs, runbooks, and other documentation
Support and develop automation for configuration, validation, and reporting tasks
Provide technical guidance on CASB migration efforts, including transitions from Skyhigh to Palo Alto SASE, SSE, or SaaS Security solutions
Monitor and improve deployments and participate in phased rollouts under Principal and Lead Engineer direction
Work with internal teams and external customer groups to implement solutions and support infrastructure build-outs
Handle escalations, assess issues, recommend solutions, and deliver technical resolutions
Coach and mentor less-experienced team members
Coordinate acquisition of hardware, software, and subcontractor services
Deliver program milestones in a fast-paced enterprise network security environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience with CASB solutions
Experience with Skyhigh CASB and Palo SaaS/SASE technologies
Deep experience with next-generation firewalls, SASE/SSE platforms, network visibility and micro-segmentation technologies
Excellent communication skills, including experience delivering presentations and technical briefings to diverse audiences
Strong documentation discipline
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Participate in on-call rotations as needed by management and the customer
Possess or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire an applicable Intermediate DoW 8140 or DoW 8570 certification, such as Security+ CE, CySA+, or equivalent
US citizenship required
Willingness to travel 10–25%
