About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain AmeriCorps' grants management system
  • Modernize and enhance eSPAN, including eGrants, Staff Portal, and My AmeriCorps Portal applications
  • Address a backlog of 240 pending change requests
  • Support interoperability, reusability, security, privacy, and system interface requirements
  • Collaborate with GDIT and AmeriCorps personnel to capture and achieve requirements
  • Develop and maintain software applications
  • Provide application testing services to validate system changes
  • Utilize Java and Oracle technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • SQL skills
  • Oracle skills
  • Java skills
  • Experience with Java Software Development
  • Experience with Oracle Database
  • Experience with PL/SQL
  • Experience with software application development
  • Experience with SQL development
  • BI Full 6C (T4) public trust required
  • Must be able to complete identity verification using biometrics and artificial intelligence
  • Must be on camera during virtual interviews
