About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and direct cross-competency teams, including contractors across multiple sections
  • Serve as interface and point of contact with Government leads and representatives on technical and project issues
  • Account for and report team/site manpower status
  • Prepare reports and brief leadership on project status and milestones
  • Implement procedures and direct execution of technical, multidisciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts
  • Monitor and report progress at established cadences
  • Gather and validate project requirements
  • Create project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules
  • Perform resource management
  • Create and maintain project schedules and documentation
  • Manage and monitor project activities throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide proactive risk management and project reporting
  • Brief leadership as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Approximately 10% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Skills in multidisciplinary teamwork, office administration, operational leadership, and operations management
