About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and logistical support to several contracts within the Peer Review and Science Management business area
- Support Federal and State client contracts
- Prepare and review reports and deliverables in a timely manner
- Provide customer service to client and consultant stakeholders
- Provide logistical and operational support at meetings in the metro DC/Baltimore area
- Monitor project databases to ensure program and project data are complete and accurate
- Track virtual and in-person meeting tasks, including registration, consultant agreements, paperwork, and travel arrangements
- Interface with scientific staff, clients, government officials, and consultants before, during, and after meetings
- Assist with document compliance reviews, deliverable creation, and document production
- Organize, prepare, and disseminate materials for meetings, conferences, and site visits
- Help improve and execute repeatable, transferable, scalable, process-driven infrastructure
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of related experience
- Associate’s degree preferred, or HS (or equivalent) + 2–4 years of related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and execute a high volume of tasks and activities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
- Business writing skills and experience
- Ability to work independently/virtually
- Less than 10% travel required
- U.S. citizenship is not required
- No security clearance required
