About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and logistical support to multiple contracts within the Peer Review and Science Management business area
- Support Federal clients
- Prepare reports and deliverables
- Coordinate meeting logistics
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor project databases for complete, accurate, and up-to-date data
- Track virtual meeting tasks, including participant registration, consultant agreements, and required paperwork
- Organize, prepare, and distribute meeting materials before, during, and after events
- Communicate with scientific staff, clients, government officials, and consultants to answer questions and provide meeting support
- Improve and execute repeatable, scalable, process-driven project infrastructure
- Support document compliance reviews, deliverable creation, and document production
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- At least 2 years of related administrative or project support experience
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro
- Strong business writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in virtual environments
- Previous experience supporting peer review meetings preferred
- No security clearance required
- US citizenship not required
