Quality Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead quality planning, compliance, continuous improvement, and QA inspection processes
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to identify requirements and provide leadership
- Maintain quality and provide guidance on continuous improvements to exceed performance objectives, reduce costs, and optimize schedules
- Maintain and update the Quality Management Plan (QMP)
- Ensure compliance with local policies, practices, and procedures supporting QMP requirements
- Interface with program and project management, Government technical staff, and customers
- Provide status and progress reports
- Identify issues and determine appropriate resolution actions
- Promulgate special safety precautions and conduct briefings for senior management, safety teams, and contractor personnel
- Develop QA inspection processes to ensure consistent delivery of required performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA Degree
- 8 to 10 years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Skills in Continuous Improvement, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Assurance Processes, and Quality Management
- Approximately 10% travel
- Ability to work remotely
