About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, configure, and administer SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets related to SharePoint Online and Power Platform
Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions
Align deliverables with organizational goals
Document business processes, workflows, and technical requirements
Support concurrent implementation, maintenance, training, and administration of enterprise systems
Ensure seamless integration and operation with other enterprise applications
Maintain security, privacy, and compliance standards
Provide technical guidance and support to end users and team members
Support resolution of Web Services’ Service Desk tickets for SharePoint Online and Power Platform incidents and requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of related experience
Proven experience as a SharePoint Online and Power Platform developer and administrator
Strong documentation skills for business processes and technical requirements
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in concurrent implementation, maintenance, training, and administration of enterprise IT systems
Familiarity with Service Desk operations and incident/request management
Experience working as part of a multi-role team, including System Engineers and Application Systems Analysts
No current security clearance required

US citizenship not required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
Certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies (preferred)
Experience supporting federal government operations or similar environments (preferred)
