Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Develop business process models, workflows, and diagrams for current and future-state processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Assist in designing, developing, and implementing systems, processes, and tools
Create and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, and test cases
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
Review system specifications to understand testing requirements
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Execute test cases and report defects
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
Participate in project status and quality discussions
Document testing processes, results, and findings
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist with business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans
Participate in quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing and system validation
Design, deploy, and maintain Power BI and Power Platform solutions in secure government and defense environments
Deploy custom dynamic Power BI visualizations, such as organizational charts
Coordinate Power Platform capabilities and facilitate technical alignments
Develop deployment support documentation and deployment specifications/configurations
Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues
Act as customer contact for deployment-related inquiries and issues
Install and test hardware as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
8+ years of related experience
8+ years of experience in Power BI & Power Platform
Must currently possess Secret clearance
Must be able to obtain Secret clearance
US citizenship required
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI development
Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Proficiency in process mapping, data modeling, and requirements elicitation
Ability to manage the technical systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, configuration, design, development, testing, and deployment
Ability to troubleshoot high-level technical and non-technical issues
Experience evaluating, testing, deploying, and maintaining custom-developed and third-party software upgrades
Ability to create and maintain system architecture and troubleshooting documentation
Ability to prepare management engineering plans, integrated support plans, and implementation plans
Ability to develop integrated system requirements and proposed design solutions
Ability to research and document analysis in technical reports and present findings and recommendations
Ability to troubleshoot systems integration, compatibility, multiple-platform, and performance problems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies
ISTQB or similar certification
Understanding of web technologies and architectures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
Ability to travel to an on-site location to obtain government furnished equipment
Certification in Business Analysis such as CBAP or CCBA is a plus
