About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and support multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Serve as an Okta/Identity subject matter expert for GDIT Emerge Labs
Oversee certificate infrastructure and DNS
Deploy and manage AWS multi-tenant account structures, including networking, identity, governance, and security controls
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code deployments
Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for Emerge Labs customers
Ensure cloud services and deployments are delivered, validated, documented, and functioning correctly
Work directly with customers to understand requirements, track progress, resolve issues, and confirm successful delivery
Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams to maintain secure and compliant cloud environments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
10+ years of related experience
Proven experience deploying and managing AWS multi-tenant environments using IaC such as Terraform and/or Ansible/YAML
Proven experience with complex Okta/Identity federation solutions; Okta workflow automation experience is a plus
Hands-on experience deploying Certificate Authority and managing DNS
Working knowledge of Microsoft AD Server and Linux operating systems
Strong cloud networking background, including Zscaler, routing, VPCs, security groups, and Route53
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret clearance
US Citizenship required
Ability to work onsite in Falls Church, VA, or remotely with regular travel
Ability to travel 10%-25%
