About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the efficiency and effectiveness of the Release Management process
  • Govern Release Phases and Release Tasks for in-flight Releases
  • Maintain quality checks on releases and ensure support-related Incidents are recorded
  • Ensure teams follow Release Management process guidelines and escalate repeated non-conformity
  • Maintain the Global Release Calendar
  • Attend Notional Timeline Planning meetings to confirm release risks and dependencies
  • Present release status at Operational Readiness Review and Change Advisory Board meetings
  • Coordinate release outage and maintenance notifications
  • Complete post-release implementation reviews
  • Facilitate meetings with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and internal teams
  • Create and maintain Deliverables, Standard Operation Procedures, Reports, Dashboards, and KPIs for Release Management
  • Support the Healthcare General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) Product Suite

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS/BA or the equivalent and 3+ years’ experience with Release Management governance
  • 8+ years’ experience working with processes in a similar large-scale application environment
  • 3+ years’ experience with MS Office suite of products
  • 2+ years’ experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar Change/Release Management Tool
  • 2+ years’ experience working in collaboration with different teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination efforts
  • Knowledge of the ITIL Framework, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release processes and their interrelations
  • ITIL foundation certification
  • Excellent process knowledge and strength in defining and maintaining process
  • Proficiency in leading regular status meetings with the client
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and framework
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices in release cycles
  • Experience integrating AI and machine learning solutions within IT governance workflows
  • Candidate must meet the residency requirement of having lived in the US for at least three of the past five years and pass a CMS background check to obtain a Public Trust
  • No security clearance currently required
  • US citizenship is not required
