About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own cross-call-order visibility across four active CMM call orders
  • Maintain a unified view of schedule, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
  • Identify cross-program risks and inter-team dependencies and drive resolution
  • Run program-level status and governance
  • Own PI planning readiness, sprint-level health, milestone tracking, and executive reporting
  • Build the operating rhythm for four parallel workstreams
  • Ensure contractual alignment and flag gaps before they become findings
  • Manage stakeholder communication and serve as the primary program interface for internal leadership
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders and translate technical execution status into business-level impact
  • Coordinate across GDIT delivery teams, the cloud/DevSecOps contractor, and the advisory contractor
  • Track dependencies and ensure handoffs across vendors and teams
  • Support capture and option year planning
  • Provide execution data and program health visibility
  • Travel occasionally to Washington, D.C. or other AOUSC/GDIT locations for PI planning events, program reviews, or stakeholder meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of technical program management experience
  • At least 5 years managing multiple concurrent workstreams or contracts
  • Experience in government contracting or heavily regulated environments
  • Understanding of PWS/SOW obligations, CDRLs, option year mechanics, and contractual performance standards
  • Hands-on risk and dependency management experience
  • Experience operating in multi-vendor delivery environments
  • Proficiency with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks at scale, including PI planning, sprint cadences, and cross-team synchronization across 5+ teams
  • Strong written and verbal executive communication
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination
  • Compliance with JISF and FedRAMP High requirements
  • Preferred: experience with Judiciary, DOJ, or court administration programs
  • Preferred: familiarity with cloud-native modernization programs, legacy-to-cloud migrations, microservices, and API-first architectures
  • Preferred: PMP, PgMP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent certifications
  • Preferred: experience with JIRA, GitLab, or similar delivery management tooling at portfolio level
  • Preferred: background in case management, document management, or records management systems
  • US citizenship is not required
