About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, evaluate, and secure sites for network deployment
- Manage site leasing and zoning activities, including negotiating agreements and navigating municipal approval processes
- Research and coordinate required permits, including NEPA and other environmental or regulatory clearances
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
- Prepare and file permit applications
- Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure technical documents, drawings, and supporting materials are complete and submitted accurately and on time
- Support the Army TEN-M program's development, engineering, and safety for telecommunications towers, antennae, and associated technologies
- Travel 25% to 50%
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 5+ years of site acquisition experience
- Understanding of site acquisition duties including site leasing, zoning, permitting, and approvals
- Skills in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), site assessments, site development, and site inspections
- Must reside within a 50-mile radius of a major airport
- Secret Clearance desired
- US Citizenship is not required
