About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, edit, and maintain technical documents supporting full enterprise IT management
- Write and edit documentation for project hardware and software, including installation, configuration, how-to, and transition documentation
- Prepare, review, revise, and maintain software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation
- Advise on crafting and refining ideas, cultivating sources, and developing complex articles
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver complex content
- Identify and modify contextual errors
- Reorganize content and edit graphics, tables, and illustrations
- Produce implementation guides and end-user guides
- Provide data definition and data flow documentation
- Format technical publications
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to work remotely
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
- Scheduled availability for 40 hours per week
- Must complete identity verification involving biometrics and artificial intelligence
- Expected to be on camera during virtual interviews
