About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive physician hiring during a period of rapid growth
- Own requisitions from intake through offer
- Conduct cold outreach, phone screens, candidate check-ins, and hiring manager syncs
- Source candidates through outreach, job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and creative channels
- Own full-cycle recruiting for physician roles
- Run high-volume phone screens assessing role fit, motivation, and baseline clinical qualifications
- Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby with clean tracking and timely follow-up
- Use AI-enabled tools to improve sourcing, screening, and reach
- Represent the employer brand in outreach and candidate interactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of full-cycle clinical recruiting experience
- Physician recruiting experience required
- Telehealth/virtual care recruiting experience strongly preferred
- Proven sourcing experience building physician pipelines
- Comfort and enthusiasm for high call volumes
- Ability to thrive in low-structure, fast-changing environments
- Ashby experience is a plus
- NP or other licensed-provider recruiting experience is a plus
