About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create impactful analytics and visualization deliverables
Independently lead complex BI and AI-enabled analytics projects
Translate business questions into scalable insight products, decision-support solutions, and trusted data experiences for ITQ stakeholders
Perform consulting, data harmonization, visualization, AI-enabled insight generation, quality assurance, and documentation
Build trusted, governed BI sources and enhance existing dashboards
Build and enhance self-service analytics capabilities using enterprise BI technologies
Extract, transform, harmonize, model, visualize, and integrate data into scalable analytics solutions
Develop reusable data models, reporting frameworks, standards, and best practices
Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled business intelligence solutions, including conversational analytics, automated insights, smart alerts, guided exploration, and interactive dashboards
Conduct testing, validation, quality assurance, and documentation
Communicate analytical insights and recommendations
Partner with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify high-value BI opportunities
Use SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML to improve performance, scalability, and automation
Design and deploy AI/ML solutions using relational databases, dimensional modeling, semantic layers such as LookML, and modern BI platforms
Integrate multiple data systems and sources to deliver trusted, business-ready insights
Identify emerging BI, analytics, generative AI, and data-experience capabilities and apply them to ITQ use cases
Guide and mentor team members in BI solution development
Work a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Data Science
Minimum 5 years of related experience
At least 2–3 years specifically focused on designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML solutions within a Business Intelligence context
Strong working experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Expertise in SQL/BigQuery query writing and visualization best practices
Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Advanced Excel, Tableau, and SQL Server
Expertise in Python with relevant AI/ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, or SpaCy is a plus
Experience in LookML is a plus
Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams while working independently
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and drive tasks to completion with attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
Ability to exercise sound judgment with confidential and proprietary data
Creative problem-solving skills
Professional certifications in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SQL, or cloud analytics are preferred
Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located
