About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research Irish technology and green-job markets to identify high-potential employer partners
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective employer partners, secure meetings, and pass connections to the Senior Strategic Account Manager
  • Organise and lead industry events with employer partners and Generation alumni
  • Attend and represent Generation at national networking events
  • Acquire new relevant contacts using a programme-specific approach in collaboration with the B2B Marketing Team
  • Update and manage employer information in Salesforce, Outreach, and other CRM databases
  • Improve data collection and reporting through new tools and processes
  • Identify data discrepancies, duplicate accounts, and perform data cleansing
  • Identify live self-apply opportunities for learners and share them through appropriate channels
  • Improve employer sourcing, onboarding, and account management processes
  • Coordinate projects, track timelines, manage deliverables, and keep projects on schedule
  • Prepare reports, maintain employer records, schedule meetings, and organise employer-account documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a Sales & Marketing function with lead generation responsibilities
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence managing relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Exposure to ATS/CRM systems such as Salesforce and Excel
  • Background in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working remotely or independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving
  • Passion for supporting individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds
  • Commercial acumen and a track record of closing deals and achieving measurable results
  • Proactive, organised, self-starting approach
  • Employment and right-to-work checks required
  • Declaration of any criminal convictions required
