  • Synthesize research findings into insights and recommendations for country and regional teams
  • Use program demand diagnostic methodologies and labor market intelligence tools, including AI Job Market Agent, TalentNeuron, and LinkedIn Talent Insights
  • Prepare research summaries, market scans, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Support employer outreach and engagement to gather hiring demand, talent needs, and role requirements
  • Conduct employer interviews, surveys, and desk research
  • Maintain employer engagement records in Generation systems such as Salesforce
  • Support activity mapping and role analysis with Curriculum & Instruction and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute insights on role scope, skills, competencies, and learner outcomes to program design
  • Conduct learner research through focus groups and interviews
  • Support evidence-based business case development using market, employer, learner, and operational data
  • Collaborate with country and cross-functional teams to support program development and expansion decisions
  • Prepare materials for senior internal stakeholders, collect feedback, and support program approval
  • Support the identification, design, launch, and transition of new training and employment programs across Latin America, initially focused on Colombia

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of experience in research, consulting, strategy, business analysis, program development, or related fields
  • Experience conducting market research, data analysis, and developing insights to support strategic decision-making
  • Experience supporting business case development, program assessments, or growth initiatives
  • Exposure to employer engagement, talent market analysis, workforce development, education, or social impact programs is a plus
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Experience in Latin America or knowledge of regional labor market dynamics is desirable
  • Strong analytical, research, and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to develop reports, business case inputs, and decision-support materials
  • Effective project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in research and data analysis tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, labor market intelligence platforms, and survey tools
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese desirable
  • Availability to collaborate across multiple countries and time zones
