About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the customer order fulfillment process, from receiving orders through ensuring they are properly packaged and shipped
Monitor inventory levels, process and ship orders, track shipments, and communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery information
Manage returns, respond to customer inquiries and complaints, and collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Service and Logistics, to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Comfortable using various tools, such as MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM platforms
Strong organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Fluent in French and English, both verbally and in writing (this role requires interaction with international colleagues and customers)
Experience with D365 and GP
Analytical skills
Relevant experience preferred
