About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the product management practice roadmap by translating priorities into tools, workflows, templates, guidelines, and rollout plans
  • Establish and maintain standards for documenting market problems, collecting customer and market insights, managing PLM-to-purchase-order data, updating the roadmap, receiving and triaging requests, setting priorities, and managing cross-functional handoffs
  • Configure and improve SharePoint, Confluence, Azure DevOps, CRM, Wrike, Microsoft 365, Power Automate, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows
  • Create templates, checklists, examples, how-to guides, playbooks, and self-service guidance
  • Establish information structures and reference sources for product assets, market and product knowledge, roadmaps, personas, Jobs-to-be-Done, capabilities, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, R&D, Sales/Commercial, and Operations teams to test workflows, identify friction points, and refine implementation
  • Drive adoption through onboarding, office hours, training, examples, release notes, and targeted communications
  • Ensure compliance with expectations for information handling, access, quality, traceability, and human accountability
  • Measure adoption and process health, and improve practices based on evidence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Program Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a similar implementation-focused role
  • A proven record of translating an agreed operating model into practical workflows, tools, templates, and measurable improvements
  • Hands-on experience with workflow and knowledge-management platforms such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Confluence, Wrike, Microsoft Dynamics, Power Automate, or comparable tools
  • Strong process-mapping and requirements-analysis skills
  • Ability to identify stakeholders, inputs, decisions, handoffs, exceptions, controls, outputs, and metrics
  • Comfortable configuring tools, implementing lightweight automations, structuring data, and creating dashboards or reports
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to produce concise standards, instructions, examples, and training materials
  • Practical change-management skills, including piloting, onboarding, feedback collection, adoption support, and iterative improvement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage a backlog, and drive work forward without relying on formal authority
  • Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
  • Assets: experience with B2B software, SaaS, platforms, or technology; AI-enabled operations; product management methodologies; taxonomy, information architecture, knowledge management, or structured content governance
