About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop launch and go-to-market plans for new products, new releases, and strategic offerings.
  • Define the target audience, value proposition, messaging, sales team readiness, channel partner enablement, and campaign assets.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, solution briefs, product descriptions, training content, and customer-facing resources.
  • Support integrated launch campaigns designed to build awareness, generate demand, and accelerate market adoption.
  • Collaborate with the Global Demand Generation and Marketing Communications teams to create campaign briefs, content plans, announcement narratives, and measurable go-to-market programs.
  • Serve as the product marketing expert for assigned launches, translating roadmap priorities, customer needs, and the competitive landscape into clear guidance.
  • Deliver product, solution, and market training to sales teams, channel partners, and regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Analyze market, customer, and business data to identify opportunities, refine targeting, and improve go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with product leadership and contribute to cross-functional initiatives supporting launches, sales readiness, and business growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing, go-to-market strategy, launch planning, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value, customer benefits, and launch-ready messaging.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English and French.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with product management, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, launches, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of initiatives and working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete actions.
  • Curiosity about technology and a passion for understanding customers, markets, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in physical security, SaaS, enterprise software, or technology marketing is considered an asset.
