About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to quality throughout planning, development, and release as part of an agile software development team.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web and mobile applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
  • Analyze defects, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve issues.
  • Investigate customer-reported issues, reproduce problems, analyze logs and application behavior, and drive resolution with developers.
  • Identify quality risks proactively and improve testing processes and quality standards.
  • Participate in feature planning and refinement discussions to ensure quality is considered from the start.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance within an agile environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative and proactive problem-solving; continuous focus on improving product quality and team practices.
  • Solid knowledge of QA processes, test design techniques, and test management tools.
  • Programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with Playwright or Cypress.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools to improve testing and automation workflows.
  • Attention to UI consistency, usability, and overall user experience.
  • Familiarity with browser developer tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
  • Clear communication in English and effective collaboration with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
