About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process merchandise returns promptly and accurately
- Record RMA returns in CRM/ERP systems
- Review customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns
- Take appropriate action to repair or replace products
- Review return reasons and validate issues reported by the Technical Support team
- Identify discrepancies, issues, and opportunities for improvement with internal departments, vendors, and manufacturers
- Resolve return-related discrepancies and order issues
- Complete assigned special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bilingual with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Understanding of basic hardware functions
- Comfortable using tools such as Great Plains, CRM, Excel, and similar software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by a fast-paced environment
- Positive, assertive, confident, competitive, and tenacious
- Experience working with returns and inventory is an asset
