About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and development of custom solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
Develop C# CRM plugins, cloud flows, JavaScript/TypeScript front-end components, and RESTful APIs
Design integration processes using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus
Design, build, and implement agents in Copilot Studio for operational and customer-facing scenarios
Guide best practices for the Dynamics 365 Web API, webhooks, and virtual entities
Enforce secure design patterns, including OAuth and API management
Participate in DevOps automation using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong ability to work as part of a team and a collaborative mindset
Ability to learn quickly and understand complex problems
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
5 years of experience with C#/.NET or an equivalent language
Experience designing APIs
Understanding of microservices patterns and principles
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power BI, and Copilot Studio)
Asset: experience with Logic Apps, Service Bus, Power Automate, SSIS, Azure, API Management, Event Hubs, Event Grid, Microsoft Entra ID, SQL Server, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and Agile
