About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Find and sign new referral partners
  • Build target lists and conduct cold outreach via email, calls, direct messages, meetings at nomad events, and other channels
  • Onboard new referral partners
  • Own activation and business development conversations with existing partners
  • Find integration and co-marketing opportunities
  • Unlock more placements and reactivate inactive partners
  • Run and maintain the CRM as a proactive outreach pipeline
  • Create outreach sequences, pipeline enrichment, automations, and AI-assisted workflows with the Head of Partnerships
  • Report to and collaborate closely with the Head of Partnerships as part of the marketing team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Already living the nomad lifestyle and tapped into the community
  • 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or community roles, with real outreach experience
  • Confident and self-directed; able to write, test, and improve playbooks
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Bonus: experience in insurance, fintech, travel, or subscription products
  • Detail-oriented and able to work accurately in a regulated industry
