About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with cross-functional teams on marketing briefs and customer understanding to transform business needs into marketing campaigns
  • Provide insight-driven creative strategy and campaign planning, including target audience definition, creative ideation, omni-channel content development, and evaluation methods
  • Oversee internal and external creative content creation, including visuals, A/Vs, emails, and social media, aligned with brand guidelines, business strategies, and timelines
  • Build GenScript LSG brand storytelling across campaigns with consistency and strategic continuity
  • Optimize marketing campaign processes and management tools for high-quality and timely production and implementation of campaign and event materials
  • Monitor campaign progress and analyze effectiveness; provide analysis reports and optimization suggestions
  • Oversee the marketing campaigns team’s engagement, capability development, and performance assessment while inspiring the team
  • Report to the Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, specifically in Life Sciences / Biology related field
  • 5+ years of work experience
  • More than 2+ years of experience related to marketing campaign strategy and execution
  • Educational background or work experience in biomedical/biotechnology industry is preferred
  • Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Experience planning and implementing large-scale online/offline activities is preferred
  • Strong market insight, analytical ability, and strategic thinking
  • Strong organization, coordination, and communication skills
  • Ability to discuss plans and programs with partners and coordinate resources
  • Ability to manage multiple objectives, projects, and tasks and deliver within deadlines
  • Fluent spoken English with excellent reading and writing skills required
