About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and own two to four GTM agents end to end, including their loops, evaluations, guardrails, and target metrics
Build data pipelines from CRM, product usage, billing, advertising, and web analytics into a warehouse
Establish agreed definitions for CAC, pipeline, ICP fit, and PQL before automation
Launch agents in propose mode with human approval, then graduate them to automated mode based on acceptance rates
Log every agent decision and its supporting data snapshot
Track cost per outcome for each agent and create an executive-readable scorecard
Improve lead scoring and routing, enrichment, traffic de-anonymization, and self-serve to sales-assisted handoffs
Convert internal wins into demos, write-ups, and sales talk tracks
Report to the Head of GTM Engineering in a flat organizational structure

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience shipping a revenue system in production that moved a measurable business metric
Fluency in SQL against a data warehouse
Experience working within a GTM organization, such as RevOps, growth, sales engineering, or founding experience covering these functions
Daily experience building with AI agents, including understanding failure modes and mitigation
Ability to write actionable technical and stakeholder specifications
High agency and ability to independently identify and fix problems
Agent orchestration and evaluation experience is a nice to have
Prior work on paid acquisition loops is a nice to have
Deep HubSpot fluency, including APIs and data model, is a nice to have
