About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic and consultative partner to Hiring Managers
Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and potential hires
Develop and execute sourcing strategies and plans in a timely manner
Develop in-depth knowledge of job specifications, experience, skills, and behavioral competencies
Source candidates through social networks and niche platforms
Interview qualifying candidates and present best-qualified candidates to hiring managers
Facilitate interview debriefs and decision-making
Build productive relationships across organizational boundaries and consult with all levels of the organization
Manage communications with hiring managers and candidates regarding status and feedback
Represent Motion Industries accurately and appropriately to candidates
Uphold high ethical standards throughout the recruiting process
Use best practices and systems to improve recruiting service delivery
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3 years of sourcing passive candidate experience
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organization skills
Attentive to details
Proven ability to communicate effectively
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
Experience in data collection and report generation
Ability to travel up to 20%
Ability to attend Career Fairs at Universities, HBCU’s, and Trade Shows
