About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop the ability to collect, clarify, analyze, and translate business requirements into documentation and functional requirements
- Serve as a liaison between business operations and information systems
- Support requirements, design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and application support
- Follow processes under direct supervision
- Collaborate with project sponsors and project managers to determine project scope and vision and identify stakeholders for smaller projects
- Recommend improvements to strategy, application usage, or processes
- Assist with software configuration and maintain records of existing configuration issues
- Define test approaches, develop test cases, and perform software tests before implementation
- Support development of end-user documentation and training materials
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear functional requirements for technical project team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically requires a bachelor's degree and zero (0) to two (2) years of related experience or an equivalent combination
- Eligibility to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship
- Written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the company
- Developing knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Solid technical aptitude
- Ability to learn appropriate networks, products and protocols
- No licenses or certifications required
