About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the full student experience for the Baratta Center for Global Business Education
  • Design and serve as operational lead for co-curricular programs
  • Develop and deliver immersive global experiences

  • Lead co-curricular program design and execution
  • Integrate corporate practitioners into programming

  • Manage student experience
  • Own the student experience from ideation and curriculum design through execution, assessment, and continuous improvement
  • Bring corporate leaders, practitioners, government officials, and global executives into direct engagement with students as instructors, case study subjects, mentors, and speakers
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director for External Relations on external voices and corporate relationships
  • Report directly to the Executive Director

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Ideally, private sector experience in consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or a related field
  • Exposure to public sector, policy, or government environments through work experience, graduate study, or sustained professional engagement
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and executing multi-stakeholder programs from concept through execution at a level commensurate with a director role
  • Substantive knowledge of, or professional engagement with, geopolitics or international business
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to design curriculum, write intellectually rigorous program materials, and facilitate senior-level conversations
  • Proven ability to work with significant autonomy and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
  • Deep familiarity with AI tools
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bachelor's degree with exceptional relevant experience considered
  • Experience designing or running programs in an academic, think tank, policy institute, or institutional setting preferred
  • Teaching or facilitation experience in a professional or academic setting preferred
