About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and execute logistical and operational communication for all ongoing programs
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to meet contractual obligations
  • Serve as lead contact for program orientation, program, and graduation activities
  • Communicate program scheduling with stakeholders and participants
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure a positive client experience
  • Provide project management support and event management coordination
  • Coordinate program delivery onsite at Georgetown campuses, offsite globally, and virtually
  • Ensure printed materials and classroom preparation are correct and seamless
  • Improve program processes and contribute to special projects
  • Support delivery of complex executive programs for cohorts of 30–75 participants
  • Coordinate communication and deliverables with faculty, instructors, vendors, and contractors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2 or more years experience in program or event management and client interaction
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and oral communication
  • Independent decision-making and ability to act under pressure with little to no supervision
  • Facility with Google Workspace
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to work some weekends, early mornings, and evenings up to 20% of the year
  • Flexibility for onsite program deliveries, off-site events, and international travel
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, faculty members, instructors, and contractors
