About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and contextualize high-quality GA learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences
- Create practical, outcome-driven learning experiences applicable to real workplace contexts
- Translate AI-tool fluency into applied activities, labs, simulations, facilitator guides, assessments, and client-specific adaptations
- Project manage and collaborate with subject matter experts, instructors, product managers, learning designers, assessment specialists, vendors, and client-facing teams
- Own client-facing design processes, including requirements gathering, learning outcomes, timelines, scope, resourcing, development plans, and content quality
- Partner with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to identify needs and create learning solutions
- Support pre-sales and client conversations by defining skill needs, learner personas, program objectives, audience readiness, and learning pathways
- Develop instructor-led training materials, hands-on labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, and workplace exercises
- Design learning pathways across proficiency levels, including AI literacy, technical skills, workflow redesign, and responsible technology use
- Ensure learning experiences follow adult learning principles, learning science, accessibility standards, measurable outcomes, and GA design standards
- Manage development timelines, deliverables, resources, SMEs, instructors, vendors, contractors, and freelancers
- Develop instructor enablement materials and guide instructors in applied, interactive learning delivery
- Collect and analyze learning-impact data for continuous improvement
- Adapt learning experiences with translation vendors and localization partners where applicable
- Standardize reusable learning patterns, components, activities, templates, assessments, and program structures
- Build a scalable library of reusable GA learning components and support evolution of GA’s learning portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or a related field
- Significant experience creating instructor-led training content
- Ability to design high-quality learning experiences for enterprise, professional, technical, or workplace audiences
- Experience creating slides, facilitator guides, activities, assessments, case studies, labs, simulations, and learner resources
- Experience managing clients, stakeholders, SMEs, instructors, vendors, or cross-functional partners through a content development process
- Strong understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy, ADDIE, experiential learning, practice-based learning, and adult learning principles
- Ability to design for technical and non-technical audiences
- Hands-on fluency with current AI tools
- Experience designing learning experiences related to AI, emerging technology, data, digital transformation, technical skills, or workplace technology adoption
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering, machine learning, AI agents, ethical AI, responsible use, and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience designing practical, hands-on learning activities
- Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into structured, engaging, and accessible learning experiences
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools
- Willingness to flex schedule for meetings across time zones, particularly the United States, Europe, Middle East, and Asia
- Nice-to-have technical proficiency in AI, data science, or coding, including Python, APIs, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Nice-to-have experience with GitHub, virtual machines, cloud-based labs, sandbox environments, and AI learning platforms
