About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive, risk-based ethics and compliance strategy
- Identify compliance gaps, recommend solutions, and align programs to global business goals
- Lead and manage impartial investigations into allegations of non-compliance, unethical conduct, or policy violations
- Leverage AI tools for investigative efficiency, pattern detection, and rigor, and deliver clear findings to leadership
- Draft, review, and continuously improve ethics and compliance policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery, Third-Party Risk Management, Sanctions, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblower policies
- Design and own compliance risk assessment programs using AI-powered analytics to identify vulnerabilities, patterns, and gaps
- Advise compliance teams and business partners on ABAC, third-party risk, business continuity, records retention, and sanctions
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, HR, IT, Operations, and Senior Management to embed compliance into business processes
- Build AI-powered tools, workflow automations, scalable systems, and self-service knowledge repositories
- Monitor evolving laws, regulations, industry standards, and best practices relevant to technology-sector ethics and compliance
- Drive automation and AI utilization across compliance workflows
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 - 8 years of required experience in developing and managing ethics and compliance programs, conducting internal investigations, and leading complex cross-functional compliance initiatives
- Rapidly learns, adopts, and deploys new technologies, SaaS platforms, and AI tools
- Comfortable building workflow automations to eliminate repetitive administrative tasks and drive self-service adoption
- Ability to juggle competing priorities, context-switch smoothly in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong ability to identify, evaluate and mitigate compliance risks across processes
- Upholds the highest ethical standards and promotes a culture of honesty and transparency
- Balances regulatory requirements with business objectives and anticipates compliance challenges
- Effectively communicates compliance expectations and influences stakeholders without direct authority
- Leads cross-functional initiatives and builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Uses data and evidence-based approaches to identify issues and develop solutions
- Stays updated on evolving regulatory landscapes and industry best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with a focus on ethics and compliance programs (Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree required)
- Professional Certification in CCEP is preferred
- Reliable internet connection with at least 50mb DL/10mb UL when working from home
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
