About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Senior Sales Incentive Manager as the day-to-day operational lead for sales incentive planning and administration
  • Support end-to-end administration of sales incentive plans for all Revenue Generation teams, including sales, account management, and business development
  • Gather and organize inputs for commission structures, quotas, accelerators, and other incentive components
  • Coordinate implementation and ongoing execution of sales compensation plans with RevOps, Finance, HR, and other internal teams
  • Ensure accurate commission calculations and timely payouts
  • Maintain recurring reporting on sales performance against incentive plans
  • Generate quarterly performance reports for Revenue Generation teams, highlighting trends, achievements, and improvement areas
  • Prepare quarterly sales results communications for Revenue Generation team members
  • Respond to inquiries about attainment, commission calculations, and plan mechanics
  • Investigate and resolve routine commission discrepancies and escalate material or policy-related issues
  • Monitor plan performance and feedback, identify operational improvement opportunities, and escalate recommendations
  • Support RevOps by compiling analysis and coordinating inputs for sales quota establishment
  • Foster cross-functional relationships to ensure seamless execution of sales compensation initiatives
  • Serve as primary day-to-day contact for incentive operations and step in for the Senior Sales Incentive Manager on defined workstreams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales compensation design and administration, including managing complex incentive plans in fast-paced, high-growth, channel, and direct sales environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience in a related field may be substituted
  • Working knowledge of sales compensation methodologies, including commission, bonus, and accelerators, in a channel-led organization
  • Strong skills in sales performance reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency in sales compensation software, such as Varicent
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences, from individual contributors to senior leadership
  • Ability to build relationships and coordinate cross-functional work
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or telematics is an asset
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and/or other CRM and PRM systems is a plus
  • Reliable home internet connection with at least 50mb DL/10mb UL when working from home
  • Eligibility to work in the United States verified through E-Verify
  • Ability to pass a background check
