About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide an exceptional and successful customer experience
  • Create estimates and coordinate repair needs for customers
  • Communicate with and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
  • Accurately assess vehicle damage and document needed repairs and parts replacement on damage appraisals
  • Document every customer interaction accurately and efficiently
  • Provide accurate and timely repair-process information and excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery
  • Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
  • Greet customers positively in person and by phone
  • Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required
  • Support team members when required
  • Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required
  • Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Awareness of where to look for answers
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Minimum of 1-year experience for DRP compliance
  • Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
  • Valid Driver’s License
