Key responsibilities & impact

Create accurate vehicle damage estimates and document needed repairs and parts replacement
Coordinate customer repair needs and all related communication
Inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
Provide an exceptional customer experience and timely, accurate information
Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
Ensure compliance with WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery
Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
Greet customers positively in person and by phone
Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required
Support team members when required
Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required
Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by the Store Manager
