About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support operations and results across 11 locations in the Kentucky East Market
Ensure consistent execution of the WOW plan across all locations
Coordinate activities of locations through active collaboration with General Managers
Monitor capture rates and ensure stores maximize opportunities
Hold staff accountable for shop performance, company mission, SOP adherence, and performance documentation
Conduct daily calls for market load leveling
Recruit, interview, and train new hires
Coach staff, resolve customer concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction
Support continuous employee education and development
Participate in external marketing and team-building activities
Promote safe and clean working conditions and review audits and safety records
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and document safety-policy violations
Work with corporate staff on external growth, internal reporting, and communications
Review location performance against goals and coach managers
Contact claims managers and dealer accounts monthly
Conduct monthly in-person operations reviews and audits
Develop relationships with insurance contacts and referral points
Ensure stores respond to clients in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of five years collision repair industry
Minimum of three years of management
ICAR Platinum certification preferred
Estimating license if applicable in the state
Ability to read and understand financial statements
Extensive estimating experience
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
