Key responsibilities & impact

Create accurate vehicle damage estimates and document needed repairs and parts replacement
Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
Provide customers with accurate and timely information and guide them through the repair process
Document every customer interaction efficiently and accurately
Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes, metrics, and WOW Operating Ways
Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
Greet customers positively in person and by phone
Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
Support team members when required
Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings when required
Attend training, information sessions, and workshops recommended by the Store Manager
