About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide an exceptional and successful customer experience
- Lead and maintain the day-to-day operation of the Collision Center in compliance with established policies and procedures
- Plan and implement daily operations to meet overall KPIs and insurance metrics
- Coach and empower team members’ performance and success
- Promote and maintain high quality and professionalism standards in customer service
- Ensure consistent execution of the WOW Operating Way plan
- Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets
- Forecast, target, and track monthly sales, profit, and expense objectives
- Deliver annual and monthly performance reviews
- Monitor and maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Maintain a clean and organized repair facility
- Monitor maintenance for shop equipment, including the paint booth
- Provide staff training as necessary
- Ensure staff wear safety gear and adhere to the dress code
- Open and close the facility daily
- Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings and walks to confirm throughput and delivery dates
- Manage estimates, labor mix, and store capacity
- Lead and manage repair facility personnel
- Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings
- Attend monthly managers meetings, recommended training, information sessions, and workshops
- Review store CSI performance and follow up within 24 hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- VA Beach, Norfolk, Hampton Area
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
