About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide full cycle recruiting services and support to assigned markets
  • Follow the recruiting process/system and legal requirements
  • Network, prepare strategy, source and screen applicants for a variety of roles and center level positions
  • Coordinate the hiring and selection process
  • Communicate proactively with operational leadership to review staffing strategy, provide recommendations, and understand recruiting needs
  • Communicate regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding goal alignment, achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment
  • Support staffing strategy in person and remotely as directed by recruiting needs
  • Post positions, make talent recommendations, review resumes, maintain candidates, conduct phone screens, and track prospect, applicant, and candidate progress
  • Manage the offer process for consistency, compliance, and acceptance rates
  • Hand off to the HR team to support effective and consistent onboarding
  • Research, recommend, and use established and new sources for active and passive candidates
  • Promote and expand teammate and alumni referral networks
  • Build a professional network and leverage Indeed or LinkedIn recruiting tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems
  • Ability to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality
  • Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skills
  • Proficient in the use of Google email, docs, and presentation software
  • Experience in Workday preferred
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
  • Some overnight travel required
  • Must live in-region (NV/AZ/CA)
