Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others
- Successful completion of a background check
- 1 year of call center customer service experience; healthcare preferred
- 2 years of MS Office Suite Applications experience
- 1 year of bilingual English/Spanish experience
- 1 year of medical insurance knowledge, practical or classroom
- 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience
