About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain web applications using Java and Spring Boot on the back end and Angular on the front end;
Support the implementation of new features and the maintenance of existing functionality;
Assist in creating and consuming REST APIs, following standards and guidelines defined by the team;
Work with relational databases, performing queries and basic SQL operations;
Support the identification and resolution of bugs and simple application issues;
Write clean, organized code following the development best practices and standards established by the team;
Perform basic testing of developed features before delivery;
Use code version control tools such as Git on a daily basis;
Participate in team ceremonies and activities within Agile methodologies;
Collaborate in Code Reviews, receiving guidance and feedback from more experienced professionals;
Support the technical documentation of developed features;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot;
Basic knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS;
Basic knowledge of developing and consuming REST APIs;
Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL;
Familiarity with Git and version control;
Familiarity with software testing and development best practices;
Interest in learning and developing technical skills;
Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills;
Ability to follow technical guidance and standards defined by the team;
