About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform using development best practices.
- Support the configuration and customization of modules such as App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM.
- Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer workflows, and Record Producers.
- Participate in the technical analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support the integration of the ServiceNow platform with internal and external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Participate in the team’s Agile ceremonies and collaborate on the continuous improvement of processes.
- Keep activities and tasks up to date in Jira.
- Pursue ongoing technical training in the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic knowledge of JavaScript development.
- Experience with App Engine, ITSM, or CSM modules.
- Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Basic knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with web development concepts.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to learn continuously and an interest in developing enterprise solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A plus: Knowledge of Flow Designer and Service Portal.
- A plus: Knowledge of microservices-based integrations.
